Production Method: This wine was made starting from a careful process of hand picking Malbec grapes from the Agrelo vineyards in the province of Mendoza, planted more than half a century ago. Once the must has been fermented at controlled temperatures, it is subjected to a long process of maceration, and later stored in new American oak casks for prolonged ageing.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red colour with brick-red tones. A complex, lingering flavour, and a bouquet of berries with hints of fine wood. Structured and well-balanced.

Service Temperature: 16º - 18ºC.

Gastronomy: The wine will be a good accompaniment to fuller flavoured casseroles and roasts of the great native cuisine or the varied Mediterranean diet until well into the next century.
