After ageing in French oak casks separately, wines are blended to achieve the best balance. Before being bottled, wine undergoes a slight filtration to maintain its quality. Tasting comments: Garnet red with cherry shades. Intense flavour combining perfectly both the fruit and French oak. Other comments: Suitable to be consumed today and will keep for five years. Technical Data: Vintage: 1998. Region: Alto Duero. Type: White. Alcohol content: 12% Vol. Grape varieties: Verdejo - Viura. Production area: Alto Duero River Region. Sweetness index: 1,9 g/l. Dry. Production method: Made using carefully selected grapes. After a short, cold maceration, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a maximum controlled temperature of 18ºC. The wine is treated and bottled immediately to retain its freshness. Tasting comments: Pale-yellow with greenish hues. Fruity with the flavour of dried fruit which this varietal is famous for.
